HERO HIGHLIGHT: William McDonough & the "Cradle to Cradle" Concept

Wiliam McDonough is my new hero! His groundbreaking work and unbelievable influence is shifting the way major industries are working and producing, including heavy-hitters such as Gap Inc., Nike and Herman Miller, to name a few. His environmental approach is shifting peoples' focus toward ways we can BENEFIT the planet through commerce and consumption — SUSTAINABLE design — not just simply slowing down our damaging effects upon the earth, which is a radical new shift in thinking.
